How a contract starts
Three steps, and no sales calls in between. Most buildings are covered within two weeks.
Walkthrough
We visit the building, measure the space and agree the standard with you in person.
A written plan
You get the schedule: what happens daily, weekly and monthly, and who is responsible for it.
First clean
The crew starts on the agreed date. The same faces turn up every week after that.
Checked, not assumed.
Every visit runs from a checklist and is signed off on site. If something is missed, we come back the same week and correct it.

Where we work
Manchester only. Our crews live here, so the same team can reach your building quickly and stay on it.
They took over four floors and a studio in one week. Two years on, the same two people still open up every morning, and I have never had to chase a clean.
Questions we get asked
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. Every crew arrives with its own cloths, machines and products. We do not use your site stock, and we do not ask you to buy anything.
Can you clean outside office hours?
Most of our contracts run before seven in the morning or after six in the evening. Weekend visits are available for buildings that stay busy seven days a week.
How quickly can you start?
After a walkthrough, a typical building is on the rota within a fortnight. Urgent handovers can usually be covered in three to five working days.
Do you take one-off deep cleans?
Yes, and they are often how a contract starts. A single deep clean is fine with no commitment to a regular schedule.
What happens if something is missed?
Tell your supervisor. We return and put it right the same week, and the checklist is updated so it does not happen twice.
Who will be in the building?
The same small crew, in uniform, with a named supervisor who handles your site. Cover is arranged with people who have already worked the building.
